The Íslandsvörn online store is operated by Íslandsbílar ehf., VAT No. 129229. All provisions of the terms and conditions below shall be interpreted in accordance with Icelandic law.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed.

DELIVERY

Orders can be collected free of charge from Lambhagavegur 9, 113 Reykjavík, on the next business day after the order is received.

We ship orders throughout Iceland via Íslandspóstur.

Delivery with Íslandspóstur normally takes 1–3 business days.

Please note that delivery may occasionally be delayed due to high demand during major sales periods, the Christmas season, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Íslandsvörn offers free home delivery on orders of ISK 12,000 or more.

PRICES

All prices displayed in our online store include 24% VAT.

Please note that online prices are subject to change without notice. Íslandsvörn reserves the right to cancel or decline an order if a product has been incorrectly priced in the online store.

PAYMENT & SECURITY

Payments can be made securely by credit or debit card through Rapyd's secure payment platform.

Bank transfer is also available as a payment option during checkout. Payment by bank transfer must be received within 2 hours of placing the order.

RETURNS

Products purchased online may be returned within 14 days upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase showing the date of purchase. This does not apply to products purchased on sale.

Products may only be returned if they are unused and in their original condition.

Refunds are based on the price shown on the original payment receipt and will be issued either as store credit or a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a sale item is returned, the amount paid at the discounted sale price will be refunded.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If a product is found to be faulty, customers will be offered either a replacement product or a refund.
