Price List

If the sale price exceeds 1,660,300 ISK, the sales commission is 4.2% of the purchase price + value-added tax, in addition to a mortgage certificate fee of 1,990 ISK and ownership transfer fee of 3,500 ISK with value-added tax. The minimum sales fee is 89,900 ISK including value-added tax, ownership transfer, and mortgage certificate.

Completion

If you have found a buyer for your vehicle yourself, you can have us handle the paperwork for 39,900 ISK including value-added tax, registration, and mortgage certificate. We have access to all major lending institutions and offer professional services.

Buying and Selling

The buyer of vehicles has a statutory duty of inspection according to law no. 50/2000 on the purchase of movable property. Íslandsbílar acts as an intermediary in the transactions between the seller and the buyer and is not responsible for the seller regarding his obligations.

Test drives are based on 25 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.
A valid driver's license must always be presented during a test drive.
The buyer's attention is drawn to the need to take vehicles for condition inspection by independent parties.
